I am a vampire and practice multiple Wiccan traditions. The question was raised as to how can you be a vampire & Wiccan at the same time. Most wouldn't understand this because Wicca is pagan based and follows the rite, "If it harm none, do what ye will." However, everything in nature steals from another. Plants steal from the earth etc. So, vampires, by 'stealing' energy either through blood or metaphysical energy, in no way goes against what the pagan or Wiccan Rite teaches.
For me, Wicca is a way to work with energies and learn more about borrowing etc. I celebrate each of the holidays. Tomorrow, Feb. 2 starts the pagan holiday, Imbolc. I use it as a time for purification and meditation to focus on personal growth. I don't 'limit' myself to simply just Wicca. I also find liturgical traditions to be comforting and give me a sense of guidance and structure. I don't 'believe' in the teaching of Catholicism, but I do attend the American "Church of England" aka the Episcopal Church. Being that they are so liberal and accepting, I find it a great way to incorporate my Wiccan traditions into a mainstream medium.
If anyone would want to ask any questions, I'm always open to talk about things.

I should also add that you don't have to 'believe' everything that the Wiccan/pagan teaches. I, for instance, do not believe in a single God & Goddess. I believe it is a metaphor for 'balance.' Everything in life/nature has balance. We 'steal' from one another in all sorts of ways..as vampires, even more so.
Someone asked about pantheons (examples: Roman or Greek gods). I follow an interconnected pantheon of multiple 'gods.' I don't see them as 'gods' I see them as archetypes which represent specific elements or actions (war, water, love etc.)
It is my belief that we can use these guidelines to better understand life as we suffer through what we call 'our lives' as when we die, our energy goes back into the universe and give back what we have borrowed. no Heaven. Just 'Nirvana' an absence of self/ego and smimply cease to exist as 'I' I hope this helps.
