I have heard several of our members here have a connection to an element. please share about and can you manipulate it all or are just in tune with it?

There is energy in the elements and I have taken energy from them. In the horiscope sayings it says my element is fire which is weird because when ever I try to take energy from fire it always comes to my head that me and fire don't agree but we have a strange attraction.

I was born a Capricorn, I had an earth association and now I find that I feed off the earth, but nothing quite as fullfilling as humans or their energy. When I touch for instance a tree, it's like the two of us connect on a deep level. Same with animals. It's how I avoid getting bit by my witch's new dog. Lol

I was raised in a highly Evangelical family. No need to say that was very tough. As I began awakening and maturing, I searched for something more compatable with what I becoming and became an Episcopalian. I am very drawn to structure and litugical systems. It wasn't until after I decided that I couldn't belong to a system that didn't believe in what I really was, a vampire, I took up Wicca. Thusfar, it has been the only way in which I can find a centered approach to living a semi-structured way of life while coexisting as a vampire. So, I guess what I'm trying to say is that I practice Wicca because I can't seem to find the perfect fix that's right for me. A liturgical structure of some kind heightens my physic health and allows me to progress as a psi vamp. This will have to work until I find something better.
I also want to add that I am extremely glad I joined this site. It has helped me in learning more about what/who I am and I find pleasure in knowing that I'm not alone in this existence. =] I'll be 23 here in about 2 days and I feel like this site has even further enhanced my inner self to lead me to bigger and greater works. =] =] thanks y'all! lol

Mike I understand what you mean about the animals. I'm a cancer and I'm suppose to have an affiliation with water. I love going to the beach but never felt much power just more relaxed.

Thanks, Bomb. This places has been amazing and I intend to stay. =] And Crypt, I wouldn't necessarily say I draw energy directly from the elements. It's like an imprintation, interconnectedness and sharing of energies when I touch an earth element. As if we acknowledge each others place and power within the universe. I'm not saying Wiccan practices can help all vampires, but it certainly has aided me for my purposes. Until I find something better... =]

I dont necessarly know if im attached to an element. Im a scorpio. my element is suppose to be water but i feel like im more attracted to fire. Im very much a pyro. Ill burn something just because i can. I often really like to just sit infront of a fireplace and just watch the fire. But in general im also more connected to nature (earth). So i dont know if you could say im attached to more then 1 element, or if im not attached to any at all.
