Do you think earth is just an older universe, crushed and compacted in to one ball of energy and life??

ah. indeed an interesting thought. wikipedia summarizes a universe as a totality of everything that exists. so to think of the earth as an older universe would be to imply the earth itself has a gazillion more secrets than the outlandish ones every human has ever thought of. no, there is life and there is object beyond our comprehension, we (and the world we live in) were created to be that way; that certain...for lack of a better word, 'things'.. exist beyond our reach. true, we have an amazing variety of life thought and matter, but the question is, is there more to life than what we have discovered? even if at creation, the earth was all there was, the constant instability of matter around us proves new things are being created by the very force that made us... beyond us. : that what we know here in the safety of this atmosphere proves humans have a finite ability to explore. where do the stars come from? where can the heavens be found? a bigger universe, maybe? but one thing is for sure, life is so vast, articulate, imaginative that no, the earth could not once have been the be all end all.
im sorry if i do not appear to make sense or sound too comical, your question really threw me off balance. good thinking there ; )
can i ask you a question in return? a mighty simple one. religion aside, what do you think of life beyond death? : )

Interesting, I see your point. Life after death? I haven't reached a conclusion on that one, its still worries me. I do however believe in ghosts! Whats your view? And another question for you if I may, do you think there is a phobia about being landlocked? So for example, not being near the sea therefor feeling clostraphobic or trapped in one country or place? You could have it in reverse if you lived on an island, not being able to escape because you're surrounded by water.

hm. well scientifically speaking, there doesn't exist phobia for either of the two. however the closest answer would be cleithrophobia, fear of being locked/enclosed anywhere. oh btw, it's spelt " claustrophobia " : )
now that you think of it, yes i think i could be. you could counter something like that by saying, oh no no youre just fond of the sea. but if you really think deep, yeup, we always want the things we can't have.. and human longing is intense enough to be manic or even, phobic. it would, honestly, be terrifying to be sealocked. especially for someone like me who has no guts to learn to swim. : P
coming to my own question. bah. im a sucker for ghosts. true my imagination is up and running like its on dope 24/7, but all those stories, those really weird ones and the feeling of being watched.. cannot just be figments of imagination. they've had their truths in their time. and life is like a game of chinese whispers. the facts get distorted as they get passed along. but the core lives on: ghosts exist. now im not too sure why or how. being catholic i can only say it's when they die before time. like a murder or suicide. but you never know. i once watched a movie where the ghosts lived on because he was still tied to his earthly belongings. he was so full of wanting to stay behind with his possessions and wife he refused to move on. but then, isn't almost everyone that way? the world has a fajillion universes' worth of mysteries, and i don't think we're ever gonna be able to solve em.

Thank you! Sorry, my spelling isn't my strongest point.
Being able to swim and just let go is one of the most relaxing and beautiful feeling I can honestly say I've ever felt. Just clear water and nature, if you're swimmimg in the sea that is.
Ghosts, ghosts, ghosts. They just completely freak me out. I have a horrible, horrible phobia of them. Probably no more than anyone else but I just find them so shocking and horrific. Ghosts and spiders, my too very obvious but very real fears. Along with claustrophobia.

I love the moon, I'm always mesmorised by it. I slept but had a restless dream, come to think of it I can't remember the dream but I know it was a vivid dream. I was also thirsty all night, might have been the pot but I'm sure the moon alters my mood. I was very emotional in the evening. I cried several times over things like songs, in company and thats rare for me. I definately feel things a lot stronger the fuller the moon. May be a placebo but I dont mind.
