Found the site through one of the many Awakening threads, figured I would try my luck here. Bit long and drawn out for a first post, but here goes.
(Before anybody tells me to see a doctor, I am looking into Hematologists for springtime appointments. Just need conversation and networking.)
I've always had issues with regulation of sleep patterns (I.e., staying awake during the day, because it's so draining, which has occurred since birth.)
The last few years or so (between my 25th-30 birthday, things have been getting, interesting.)
Along with the drainage from the sun, I now get a rash (no, nothing like THOSE rashes, trust me.) That feels like it's setting me on fire from prolonged heat/ sun exposure. It mainly happens at temps over 60-70, but other than that, there are usally just the other,"Mild," symptoms.
Of course, the Cluster Headaches from sunlight/ UV exposure, which just seems to drop to softer migraines at night from the pressure change.
My sense of hearing has always been through the roof (drives me bonkers most days.)
Lately, my sense of smell seems to be matching it (when I'm not in sinus fits.)
I have seen other people comment here in regards to being able to smell blood...I'm not sure, but I can smell,"People," on a much more intense level now (possibly some blood sense, not sure yet) and it's not fun.
I have been getting much stronger, though at a cost to my cardio.
Severe mood swings and temper tantrums.
Extremely sensitive to the elements (HATE SUMMER AND WINTER.)
Of course the distaste of crowds.
Electronics are always screwing up.
But the hardest are the thirst and the hunger (Always eating and drinking, but it only satisfies for a few minutes at a time, to a few hours, but the hours are rare occurances.)
I have cage Ideas of what panels to have the docs checked out once I find the opportunity to get my bloodwork done, but I do not look forward to it.
For those of you going through the thirst and the hunger, what do you recommend for food in order to satisfy the cravings? (Keep in mind, I am also a heavy smoker due to stress, and should not be eating like this as a result, but, here we are.)
Well, that about covers the physical side of things. Look forward to discussions. Sorry it's a bit winded. Just need advice. Ha. Thanks.
